Most advisors answer to a bank, a broker, or an insurance company - and their recommendations reflect that. At Rexford Capital, we are an independent, fee-only fiduciary. We answer to one constituency - you.

Our firm

Built on independence. Driven by conviction.

Rexford Capital exists for one type of client - the affluent individual, family, or business owner who wants their wealth managed with the same seriousness and discipline they applied to building it.

We are an independent, SEC-registered investment advisory firm managing over $150 million in assets. Founded in 2003, we have operated through multiple market cycles without changing who we are or how we invest. That consistency is the result of a deliberate decision to build a firm with no commissions, no outside owners, and no pressure to be anything other than what our clients need.

We are intentionally selective about the clients we take on. The result is a firm where every relationship is managed directly by a principal - one who has their entire investable net worth in the same securities they recommend.
