These service providers are required to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes for which it was provided. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

Rexford Capital maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and security of your nonpublic personal information. These safeguards are reviewed and updated as appropriate to reflect changes in technology and applicable regulatory requirements.
We have adopted written policies and procedures establishing an Incident Response Program (IRP) designed to detect, respond to, and recover from unauthorized access to or use of customer information. In the event we determine that unauthorized access to your sensitive personal information has occurred or is reasonably likely to have occurred, we will notify you as promptly as possible and no later than 30 days after becoming aware of the incident. Such notification will include a description of the incident, the type of information involved, the approximate date of the incident, steps we are taking in response, and contact information for any inquiries.
We also maintain procedures for the proper disposal of consumer information when it is no longer needed for business or legal purposes.
